*What happens if there is a missing or broken item in my order?*

    We understand accidents happen and they are not your fault. That's why we offer an excellent guarantee for you to not worry about this.

    SIMPLE:
    If is broken, wrong or missing, we will refund or resend the item (we will take the final decision depending on the situation).
    We just ask proof, so send us your order number and HD pictures or videos of the breakage to confirm.

     

    *How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?*


    The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen:

    EXPRESS = 7 to 10 days.
    SLOW = 14 to 20 days.
    FREE SHIPPING =16 to 26 days.
    FREE FAST SHIPPNG = 7 to 10 days.

    Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website you can use to track your order.

    IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country (or any additional cost). We are completely excluded from their decision to charge or not custom clearance.

    *Do I need to have an account to order?*

    No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

    + Quicker checkout process and service.
    + Easily view your order status and order history.
    + Receive exclusive discounts and freebies for buying more than once.

     

    *What payment methods do you accept?*

    + We accept credit card payments (through Stripe).
    + PayPal (they also accept credit card). 
    + Western Union and bank transfers for orders of more than $700
    + Payments from USA company bank accounts to our USA bank account.
    + We also accept transfer to our bank accounts in USA, Chile. China, and Thailand.
    + We also accept GBP and EUR by credit card. Just ask by email.

    *Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?*

    Your address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped. Only in some countries. Send us your updated shipping address as soon as possible if you made a mistake.
    This might have an additional cost you'll have to cover with the delivery company we used ( FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc).
